Accessibility Statement
Effective date:
Lampstand School of AI Transformation is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, in line with the spirit of the Accessible Canada Act.
What we've done
- A “Skip to main content” link as the first item on every page for keyboard and screen-reader users
- A logical heading structure and landmark regions (header, navigation, main, footer)
- Clear, visible focus indicators for everyone navigating by keyboard
- Text and interface colours that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Decorative elements (such as initials badges and icons) hidden from screen readers
- The current page marked in the navigation for assistive technology
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and support browser zoom up to 200% and beyond
- Animations reduced for people who have turned on “reduce motion” in their system settings
- A cookie banner that can be fully operated by keyboard, with “Accept” and “Reject” given equal prominence
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge) and with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS.
Known limitations
We are not aware of any current barriers. Because the site has not yet had a formal third-party audit, some issues may remain. We review the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you run into a barrier, or need content in another format, please email privacy@example.com. Tell us the page and the problem, and we will respond within 5 business days.
You may also send feedback anonymously; we do not require your name to address accessibility issues.
